Revolutionizing Fundamentals

Decades of teaching experience enable unique solutions to common misconceptions. The T^3™ sleeve is the only innovative training aid that helps to repeatably refine the basic ball toss resulting in a more consistent serve delivering power and accuracy.  The construction of the T^3™ sleeve is designed to: (i) keep the ball on the fingertips of the tossing hand and out of the palm enabling a more consistent toss.  The design of the canister in the sleeve serves three purposes. The first is to prevent a player from palming the ball so only the fingertips can be used. (ii) Secondly, the sleeve design with canister inserted prevents a player from breaking/flicking their wrist which also creates a more consistent toss.  The complete range of motion of the arm starting from the top of the thigh to full extension helps to keep the ball in the hitting lane. (iii) Third, the canister position provides a target for catching the toss. This forces the tossing arm to stay elevated with eyes on the ball for a more consistent toss.  Catching the ball in the canister with minimal arm movement is instant feedback that a good toss was made and another toss can be repeated and practiced.  Don’t worry if you can’t catch the toss – the idea is to have the toss come back as close to the canister as possible without excessive arm motion.
